Letters about money
On this page
Talemo emails the owners of an organization about the money of its businesses. A letter goes to every owner who has an email address, in that person's language. These letters cannot be turned off: without them a business could stop without anyone noticing. Each event produces its letter once.
Letters of the balance steps
| Letter | When it comes |
|---|---|
| The online admin and the assistant will stop soon | the balance is above the reserve, and at the pace of the last 7 days it will reach it in about 3 days |
| The online admin and the assistant are stopped | the balance reached the reserve |
| Access closes in N days | the online admin and the assistant are stopped, and at the current pace the balance will reach zero in about 7 days |
| Access is closed | the balance is zero or below |
| Tomorrow, to the archive | access has been closed for about four days; the business goes to the archive the next day |
| The business is in the archive | five days below zero passed and the business was closed |
| Access is open | a top-up brought the balance out of the block |
They say what stops or comes back and when. The online admin and the assistant will stop soon also lists the packs of $10, $25, $50 and $100 with a note that the payment page shows tax, if there is any. Access is open also says who topped up. The steps themselves are explained in Low balance and blocks.
Letters of closing
- The business is closed comes when an owner closed a business. The owner who did it reads "you closed", another owner reads who closed it. It names the date until which the business can be brought back, where the balance went and that the archive is kept for 3 years.
- The business is restored comes when a business is back from the archive. It reminds that keys and program connections are issued again.
See Closing and restoring a business.
The unfinished payment
Just the payment is left goes to a person who saved an organization while creating a business and has not paid. It says that the first top-up is $10, that there is no subscription, and that after the payment the business is set up in five minutes; the button leads back to the payment. It comes once, and the footer says there will be no more reminders. The same letter comes at once to a person who presses I'll continue on a computer on a phone (see Creating a business).
Why a person gets them
Letters about money end with the reason: you are an owner of the organization "Name" in Talemo, and these letters cannot be turned off. When ownership is handed over, they start coming to the new owner (see Handing over ownership).
