AI agent runs
What the built-in agents did: runs, their journal and spend, stopping and trying again.
- Built-in agentsTalemo has two built-in agents, the assistant for the team and the online admin for clients. Talemo writes and releases their versions, and the business sets what each may do.
- Log of AI agent stepsEvery run leaves a record of its steps. The person who started a run sees what was done in the chat. Talemo's staff tools read only technical facts of runs, not the words.
- Run of an AI agentA run is one piece of work of a built-in agent. It starts from a person's message or a client's message, takes steps, and ends with an answer, a stop or a stated reason.
- Spend of a runRuns are paid from the business's balance as they go. The business sees the spend by month and by assistant, can set a monthly limit on AI, and is told plainly when AI has stopped.
- Stopping, cut-offs and retriesA person can stop the assistant at any time. A run that breaks off says why and offers to try again. A run that the server loses continues from its last finished step.
- What the assistant knows about the screenThe assistant knows the places of Talemo by the names on the person's screen, and each message arrives with the person's branch, time and mode. Business data it reads with tools, under the person's rights.
