Waiting for you

Things that wait for a person: their kinds, how to decide them and the push alert.

• Deciding an itemA person allows or declines what the assistant or the online admin asks about. The first decision closes the item for everyone, only a person can make it, and an allowed action is carried out only if nothing changed while it waited.
• Kinds of items in Waiting for youThe seven kinds are an action of the assistant, a question of the online admin, a draft reply, a handoff, a case about a conversation or a channel, a card of knowledge suggestions, and someone's export. Only the first three have a decision.
• Push "waiting for a reply"When a conversation is handed to the team, the phones of the people who see it get a push with the number of conversations waiting for them and no names or client words. A push is a call, and the item stays in Waiting for you whatever happens to it.
• Waiting for you: approvals and handoffsOne queue of everything that waits for a person's decision or attention. On the web it is Today, in the app it is the Waiting for you tab. Whoever decides first closes an item for everyone, and the decided items stay in Already decided.
