• Booking rulesRules of one branch — the step of the booking grid, the cleanup after a visit for masters, places and devices, who gets a visit booked on Any master, and whether and when clients get a confirmation and a reminder.
• Branch booking pageA public page of a branch that anyone can open without signing in, with the name, address, phone, services with prices, masters and free time, where a client can book a visit herself with a name and a phone number. At present the page can be previewed, but cannot be turned on.
• Finding free time for a bookingBooking a visit goes through the finder. It looks for a start at which everyone and everything the visit needs is working and free at once, and says why when there is none.
• Moving and cancelling visitsA visit is confirmed, moved, cancelled with a reason, closed or deleted as a whole. A move is all or nothing, a cancellation keeps the visit in the client's history, and deleting asks twice.
• Resources — masters, places, devicesA resource is whatever time is booked on in a branch. There are three kinds — master, place and device — and they come with the Client booking kit.
• Schedule of a resourceA branch has no opening hours. Time opens through the schedule of each resource — a usual cycle laid out to a date, days changed by hand, and segments of open or busy time.
• Service groupsA group is a heading over several services of a branch's price list — "Manicure", "Pedicure". A service stands in one group or in none, and the order of the groups is set by the business. Clients see the same groups on the booking page.
• Service languagesThe languages a business talks to clients in. The first is the original and the fallback; names and descriptions of services are kept in each of them.
• Services, prices and currencyA service is a line of a branch's price list — name, duration, price and who and what is busy while it is done. Each branch has its own price list and its own currency.
• Visit notices — confirmation, reminder and cancellationTalemo sends a client a confirmation when a visit is booked, a reminder some hours before it, and a cancellation message when the visit is cancelled, unless the person who cancelled it said not to write, or the client was already told in the chat. The visit shows what was sent, what is scheduled and whether it will not go, and why something did not.
• Visits and their statusesA visit is one booking of a client for one or several services, taking a master, a place and a device. It is booked, confirmed, took place or cancelled; a visit without booking is recorded after the fact.
• Who does whatA service is given to a resource only if that resource is marked as doing it. Places and devices are marked at once for every service that needs them; masters are marked service by service.
