The assistant of the team: its mode, approvals, conversation topics and how to write to the Talemo team.

• Approvals in Waiting for youWhen the assistant or the online admin needs a decision, it leaves a card with what will happen. The person allows it or says don't, and the card keeps the outcome.
• Assistant mode: what it asks permission forThe mode says how the assistant asks permission. In one mode it asks about everything, in the other only about what matters. Some things it asks about in either mode.
• Conversation and topicsA person has one continuous conversation with the assistant in each business. The assistant divides it into topics, keeps earlier topics in short, and can search what was said before.
• Request to the Talemo teamWhen the assistant cannot do what a person asks, or its help went wrong, it says so and passes the request to the Talemo team in the person's own words. It does not promise a date.
• Screens the assistant shows in the appIn the app the assistant answers with a short sentence and puts a row under it that opens a screen with live data. After a change it made, Talemo puts the result under the answer by itself. A screen you come back to can be saved.
• The assistantThe assistant helps the team in the web version and in the app. It finds, counts and does things in the business, with the rights of the person who writes to it.
