Screens the assistant shows in the app

On this page

In the app the assistant speaks and Talemo shows. You ask to see something, such as "show my Saturday", "who is free tomorrow" or "the price list". The assistant answers in one short sentence and does not retell the data. Under the answer there is a row with an icon, a name and one fact, such as the nearest visit of a master. Tap the row and the screen opens with the data as it is now.

What can be shown

  • Visits of the day of the branch or of one master, and Who is free, as lanes of the masters with their free windows.
  • Schedule of a master for a week, and Schedule and visits, the card of a master with the week, the nearest free time and the nearest visits.
  • Price list of a branch in the language of the service, with marks for translations, and Booking page.
  • Who gets the visit, the rule of the branch for "any master" and who gets the next visit.
  • Visit, Contact, Conversation and When they can come, the times for a booking.

The assistant shows only what your role allows you to see. A screen is not a copy: the app reads the data every time you open it, with your rights at that moment. If the role lost access, the screen says "No access to …" and does not show what it showed before.

After a change

When the assistant changes something (adds a master, moves a visit, edits the price list), Talemo itself puts a row with the result under its answer. The assistant says in one sentence what it did and does not describe the row. A change that was only previewed or refused leaves no row, and neither does a deletion: there is nothing left to open. A change that needs your decision first stays a card in Waiting for you.

On the screen

  • The data on an open screen refreshes by itself every 30 seconds and when you return to the app, so a visit that was just booked appears without a gesture.
  • Ask about … at the bottom returns to the conversation with the screen as a chip above the input. The next message you write goes together with it, and the assistant reads the data of that screen by its numbers. The cross on the chip removes it.
  • On a tablet the conversation or the Saved tab takes the left side and the open screen takes the right side. On a phone the screen opens over them.

Save

Save is at the top right of a screen you come back to: visits of the day, who is free, a schedule, the price list, the booking page and who gets the visit. A screen about one contact, one visit, one conversation or one master is an answer to a question, and it has no button. The assistant cannot save for you: when you ask it to save, it tells you to tap Save.

A saved screen lies in the Saved tab, new ones first. What is saved is the question, not the numbers, and the day is relative: "tomorrow" or "Saturday" show the nearest one when you open it later. Tap Saved on the screen to take it off the shelf, and Undo puts it back.

On the website

The website cannot draw these screens. Under an answer it shows a small grey line, "Shown in the Talemo app: “Saturday”", so you know what is waiting in the app.
