Money tools
Most tools take business_id: the business the call is for. talemo_list_businesses names the businesses this connection works in. A tool that changes something also takes dry_run; with it nothing changes, and the answer shows what the change would be, or the refusal it would get.

See the balance
Show the money of a business: balance, the reserve kept for a month of its work without AI (at least one dollar), what is available for the online admin and the assistant, and its step — ok, soft (the online admin and the assistant stop until a top-up; tools without AI keep working), hard (nothing works but money until a top-up) or deletion_due. Every amount comes twice: in dollars (*_usd, down to the cent) and in thousandths of a credit (*_millicredits, a credit being one cent); tell the person the dollars. It works in the hard block too. Topping up is done by a person on the Talemo website.
